Do you have EV charging stations?
Yes! The Onyx offers EV charging stations for residents.
Can I reserve an EV charging station?
No. EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved. Charging sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 hours to ensure availability for all residents.
Is Wi-Fi available in the community?
Yes. The Onyx provides internet service through our partnership with Xfinity.
Can I bring my own internet provider?
No. Residents are required to use the internet service provided through our community partnership with Xfinity. However, residents may upgrade their internet package directly through Xfinity and can utilize wired connections within their home.
Will the spa be available for private reservations?
No. The spa will be available to all residents during operating hours and will not be available for private reservations. Any equipment, treatment areas, or wellness amenities within the spa will be available on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fair access for all residents.
